Got the Emotion - Now How do I Cope?
YAY! Now we're becoming more aware of what's going on when we're triggered by a specific event. Are we hungry, angry, lonely, or tired? What exactly happened that caused this "negative" emotion? What am I thinking about it and how does my body feel? If you haven't seen the last video, I recommend you watch it as it lays out all of the steps to reaching the name of your emotion. Once you know what the emotion is, you'll know exactly which tool to pull out of your tool belt to help you cope and ease them.
